On the day of 2/7/24, 16-year-old Nex Benedict of Owasso High School (OK) was brutally beat by a group of 3 girls in a school bathroom. After losing consciousness, their mom was called to the school. Before being taken to the hospital, the schoolboard had the audacity to set a suspension on Nex for the following 2 weeks. Nex was discharged later that day, but would take their life on the 8th of Feburary via mixing Diphenhydramine and Fluoxetine. May Nex rest in peace, they will be missed dearly.
